Areas of potential concern are floor tiles and adhesives, ceiling tiles, pipe insulation, fireproofing, shingles, sheetrock compound, boilers, roofing, exterior siding and other products that were installed before the mid 1970's.

Disturbing the ACM during remodeling and demolition poses a health risk for all parties involved with its' handling. Asbestos can only be detected by laboratory analysis.
